Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were outstandingly spacious and comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms and attention to exquisite details. However, the deluxe room I stayed in was a bit small given the high expectations. The absence of a gym or swimming pool on-site was a downside for me.
During my 3-day stay, the hotel delighted with outstandingly spacious and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail in the beautiful bathroom, soft robes, slippers, and delicate toiletries was exquisite. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit on the small side.
My stay at the hotel was delightful, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient service. A great location near main attractions with just a few minor drawbacks in dining choices and room key issues.
The hotel had a room that seemed to have a dirty carpet and peeling wallpaper, giving off a highway motel vibe. The shower's water pressure was inadequate, and the toilet barely flushed. Despite these, the service was commendable with a helpful and accommodating manager at the front desk. The location was convenient for train travelers, being equidistant between the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of choices. Although the facilities were not elaborated on, the establishment seemed to offer value for money.
I loved the hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw from the historic monuments and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. The rooms, although cozy, came with a lovely balcony perfect for soaking up the local atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the helpful staff going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, making mornings a breeze. The hotel's facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
